Lovia as its core focus is a counseling company but the way we implement this focus is as a software company. This is why we invest and depend on a lot of software technology, to optimize all of our business operations. This includes marketing, and perhaps is where technology is most actively used.
AI Chatbots
Lovia AI Chatbot technology primarily uses Rasa NLU as the foundational framework. We are also experimenting with SUSI.AI.
Our first connector is with LINE platform. After that we plan to integrate with Facebook Messenger / Instagram DM. We will also integrate with Rocket.Chat which is used by Lovia Chat.
